Consider trying the 30 day social media break/focus reset, described by Cal Newport of CalNewport.com
To add more to this from my social media profile, we know that social media has made an impact in our world. I suppose one goal would be to refine our habits, make the most out of time spent online, and be more inclusive with our networking. There are negative habits that can form when using social media, but we've got a whole lot of reasons to stay productive when we interact places like here on Rhapsodic Global. Let this be a reminder for everyone to use time wisely, treat social media like a job and do what we have to do there before signing off to do what we love to do. Anyone who's willing to share their productive interest with our site is going to have my attention and determination that we create a common interest in each others success and rise together. YEE>
