I too lost about 50 lbs just from changing my diet and working! Started around 220, eventually got down to 170 mostly from eating chia seeds and nuts in water. Thanks for sharing!

I once took a class at CR where we explored the concept of breaking California up into several states.
Eureka has some issues, for sure, and I bet they're not that different than the problems we see in the whole state as far as representation goes.
