Biography

Born in Sabadell, Barcelona, ​​in 1986, Debora Liria, known as Debsantori, has explored art through multiple techniques and materials over the years. Her creative pursuit has taken her from pencil drawing and acrylic and oil painting to building small villages with recycled materials. In 2024, she created a striking piece: an eye crafted from broken wood and mirrors, reflecting her interest in texture, light, and contrasts.

Style and Concept

Her work moves between the symbolic and the experimental, with a strong connection to nature and the transformation of materials. She is interested in the duality between the detailed and the abstract, the polished and the rustic, exploring how different techniques can bring new visual perspectives to life.

Currently, her focus is on aluminum embossing, a technique that allows her to play with light and relief, and speedball, a rubber linocut process that she uses to create highly expressive artistic prints.
