A lot of local homeless advocates are in love with the Housing First theory for handling the homeless. I have serious concerns that giving people a home without proper drug testing and oversight is a recipe for slums and disaster. See the graph below, and let me know what you think. I am writing the expanded version of my book and welcome criticism.
Thank you both for feedback. I'm actively writing an expanded edition of my book that is much more than just a manual for merchants to keep criminals out of their store. It's a framework of solutions and guidance on what the local, state and federal response should be. If you have any ideas please share and they will likely go toward helping my effort on this.

If you are an expert at something, get published! Unfortunately I have become an expert on dealing with Criminal Drug Addicts. I published this book last year and next year I am going to roll out a much bigger expanded version.
The expansion is needed because I recieved some highly valuable feedback! Especially after the recent Mini-Documentary from Nick Johnson
OMG. They miss the 👉 point. They didn't interview people in SF or Oakland? A few people on the street without housing, and rehab counseling. This does not make it A capital? It makes it as capitalism is working for the Non Profit AgencysAgency's to fraudulent funds. That's A fact around the world.
